Our Story

Holy Trinity Lutheran School is the educational arm of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. Pastor Dennis Klatt serves our congregation. Holy Trinity is located in the city of New Hope, Minnesota. The community of New Hope is a middle ring suburb on the west side of Minneapolis.
 
Holy Trinity’s Pre-k through 8th grade enrollment is around 100 students. Our staff includes:

-Mr. Ryan Rush: Principal/Instructor
-Mr. Andrew Bare: Before & After School Care Director / Technology Coordinator/Instructor

-Mr. Paul Habermann:  Athletic Director/Instructor 
- Mrs. Anne Zeitler: Spanish Instructor 
- Mrs. Kari Paul: Band/Choir 

 

Holy Trinity is four miles away from West Lutheran High School, which Holy Trinity supports along with other area schools.
 

 

History and Synopsis of Holy Trinity’s Christian Education programs

Fall 1998: Shepherd’s Lambs Preschool (now the Holy Trinity Lutheran Preschool) established. Classes held in fellowship hall.
Fall of 2006: Kindergarten program established and new building construction begun.
January 2007: new facility complete and occupied by preschool and kindergarten classes.
May 2007: Child Care Center opens in new facility.
Fall 2007: 1st and 2nd grades added to school
Fall 2008: 3rd grade added to school
Fall 2009: 4th grade added to school
Fall 2010: 5th grade added to school
Fall 2011: 6th grade added to school
Fall 2012: 7th grade added to school (K-7 Enrollment - 62)
Spring 2014:  First 8th grade graduating class
Current: half day preschool (3 yr old & 4 yr old) enrollment – 24
